It's interesting to see that it's on a Wiccan site which is great! I'm a Thelemite with strong Wiccan beliefs.

There's lots more info regarding Pennhurst on my site at www.elpeecho.com and PreservePennhurst.org.

Love and blessings

Chris Peecho Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08109051190791934641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1310700715747991260.post-14784952405231323582014-10-27T17:53:21.162-07:002014-10-27T17:53:21.162-07:00Wow Kim! It is as if the walls have absorbed the sadness and pain and release it for those of us who dare to walk there, so that we, too, can feel the haunting's of its past...love this post!!!

Big Hugs and Blessings
xoxoxoJFMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09021461504951465311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1310700715747991260.post-85165570271171176422014-10-19T20:34:41.585-07:002014-10-19T20:34:41.585-07:00Wow thank you so much for this great post. And the stories of the many such institutions like these around the country needs to be told and remembered so history doesn't repeat itself. I remember touring the old Worcester State Hospital with my dad shortly before the grounds were closed off for good. It has a similar history to Pennhurst, as I am sure many of these old state hospitals do. They certainly are ripe for ghosts and lost souls, thank you for reminding us that man was not always as altruistic as we would like to think. Great post Beccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17372424835029780092noreply@blogger.com
