Happy Thursday everyone! It is beginning to look and feel a lot like FALL finally. Yesterday, a very thoughtful co-worker surprised me with this cute little witch figurine and said to me, "I know how much you love Halloween!" THANK YOU, Heidi!

Meet "Endora" ...

Well, long story short, I bought one of these automated Black Cat toys a few years ago and it no longer works. It was supposed to move and play the song, "Black Magic Woman". I recently tried to replace it and THIS one does not work either!!! So, instead of wasting more of my time and money, I decided not to send it back. Since I do not need two if these non-working toys, I am going to hold a giveaway for any one who would be interested in having it ...

This and That

Brightest Blessings, friends! Well, it has been yet another crazy week and this week promises to be JUST as busy. Last week, I was finally able to pay off my "used" 2009 Honda Civic ... YAY! Hubby took it for a much-needed bath at the local car wash ... 🚗

We had a nice little surprise at a work meeting on Wednesday night. We were told that associates such as myself are going to be getting a 10% pay increase based on our current individual salaries. The reason for this is to compensate for the fact that the new hires are already starting out at the same pay rate as those of us who have been working there a lot longer! In addition to that, we will also be receiving a raise for our shift differential - 2nd and 3rd shifts only. Not sure what that will be as of yet, but more information is forth-coming. We were also told that the pay raise and shift differential are in addition to our annual merit increase. 

I had a chance to begin reading one of my new books that I had purchased two weeks ago. I find the subject of numerology very interesting and I have a couple of other books that I have read in regards to it. This book is pretty good actually!

Blog Giveaway Update

Greetings everyone and welcome to another Monday! My sincere apologies for taking so long to follow up on my blog giveaway, but finally here it is. Truth be told, one of the reasons that it took me so long is because I wanted to add one more item to my giveaway.

Giveaway prize two! This picture of it does NOT do it justice as it is too dark to show the handmade details, but I bought this little beauty from a vendor a few years ago at one of our local craft faires and the woman whom I bought it from called it, "Cat with no Face". The tail is made out of a pretty black braid which you can not see very well here in my photo of it.

The drawing for these items will be on Saturday, May 14th. If anyone who has already shown an interest has a preference of which cat they would like to win, please let me know by leaving me a comment to this post. THANK YOU!

On Thursday, I was poking around on my friend Dot's "Celtic Myth & Moonlight" Facebook page and saw this gorgeous piece which just arrived in her store! ...

I asked her to save it for me and I would pick it up today after dropping off my signed income tax paperwork. I took these pics after I got home and took it out of the box. It is a Celtic Dragon Box and it is a new addition to my altar room ...  

Moving on, lately I was thinking about having a small giveaway this month. It is for a Black Cat ceramic votive candle holder (gold metallic candle included) ...
